The purpose of The Mindset Triangle Book is to share knowledge about mental illness, and to help people live their
lives by the triangle to reduce the stigma of mental health in the UK.
Stu and Henriette have collaborated to write a book to demonstrate how easy it is to live a healthy lifestyle to give
you a healthy mindset. This book is full of healthy easy recipes, easy workouts and tips for sleeping better. It also
helps to set goals and includes positive quotes and interviews from people who have experience in mental illness.
The formula within the book provides an ideal framework for reducing the stigma associated with mental illness
and gives people the guidance to really improve their lifestyle and mind.
Stu Baker, ex Royal Navy, now a Personal Trainer, is a mental health advocate. He has lived with depression for
several years, and is interested in the stigma around mental health, particularly surrounding men.
Henriette Lang is a photographer. She grew up in Norway and her father lived with depression for some years.
She has had experiences with mental health throughout her life and is also passionate about lifting the stigma of
the photo was taken by a lovely photography student who followed Henriette for a few days. Thank you Anna Hill :-)
